Can Park Homes Be Resold?

You can resell your park home, but please note that you cannot remove the property from the site. A 10% fee may be payable.

Are Pets and Children Allowed on Site?

Children are allowed only for visits as we want to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for our other residents (50+). Pets are acceptable, but most parks only accept cats and other small animals. All pets should be friendly and well behaved.
